BAKED KACHORIS
Refined Flour(मैदा ) =3/4cup
Semolina(सूजी )=1/4cup
Clarified Butter(देसी घी) =2Tablespoons
A tea spoon salt .
All these are ingredients are required to make dough .
The preparation of stuffing is as per video.
and the oven temparature was around 230 degree celsius in my case.
So I did not followed the recipe exactly,but its worth mentioning the original video.
